At dstrkt, we strive to make our lettings process as easy as possible for our applicants. When applying to move into a dstrkt flat, each applicant must go through a screening process with our third party verification provider. One of the key areas that our verification process will focus on is affordability. Ensuring that applicants are able to afford monthly payments comfortably is very important to identify at the very start of the process as we do not want any of our tenants to struggle.

To help you to know if you’d be comfortable within your finances to afford your monthly rental payments, we’ve created the below guide which highlights the minimum salary we request from our applicants and guarantors, which changes depending on the monthly rental amounts.
