We’ve got some vacant flats in some of our dstrkt properties that are waiting to be loved. If you know a friend, colleague or family member that is looking for a new place to live, why not refer them to us? In return, as a big thanks from us, we’ll send you a £250 Amazon voucher.
To refer someone to us, either speak to your building manager or send us an email - dstrkt-viewings@criterionhospitality.com.

Offer currently applies only to referrals to Delta Point, 35 Wellesley Rd, Croydon CR0 2NY.
To receive the £250 Amazon voucher, the successful referral must sign a 12 month lease (at least) for a vacant flat in the property/one of properties listed in point 1.
Referrals can be for either studio, one, two or three bedroom flats.
Only one £250 Amazon voucher will be given per new flat move in. Voucher is awarded for the move in on the primary occupant only.
Voucher will be sent digitally to the tenant within two weeks after the referral move in date.
Offer valid until 31st March 2021.
