delta point, croydon, cr0 2gy

One of Croydon’s most iconic looking buildings, Delta Point not only attracts interest from its residents, but also from Hollywood film directors. Featured in the 2012 Batman - ‘The Dark Night Rises’ film, Delta Point was actually transformed into Gotham General Hospital for the movie. The building is home to 404 flats with some on higher floors boasting breath-taking views over both London and Surrey.

With a variety of layouts, these flats have been completed to a high spec and comprise open living spaces with original features, modern styled bathrooms and fitted kitchens complete with integrated appliances and breakfast islands. Bedrooms are well appointed with built in wardrobes and some offering en-suites. As well as a 24-hour concierge service, the building is served by over 4 lifts as well as a dedicated, on-site handy man.

The security and safety of our residents is our number one priority, which is why all our properties are fitted with CCTV cameras, monitored 24 hours a day. It’s also why our team of hospitality trained cleaning professionals work hard to ensure our public areas remain exceptionally clean, tidy and safe at all times. Please note that all flats are unfurnished and furniture used in the above images are for marketing purposes only.

Our 1 bedroom flats start from £1200 pcm

Our 2 bedrooms/bathrooms start from £1600 pcm.
